If you could also provide ideas on actions to take, agencies to contact, etc. it would be very helpful. One can’t read about such inhumanity and ignore it. History proved that to be the wrong choice.

There was a Substack post that they are possibly doing this to the disappeared people from ICE kidnappings. Is this true????? The man who couldn’t move that was flown to Costa Rica and died was said to have been experimenting on.
