Booker's bill will never get past being introduced to Senate Floor in time to stop merger. Other last ditch: EU Regulatory Commission could delay merger for changes but not reject it outright. But an EU delay helps lawsuit from CA+NY play out +seriously have a chance of winning to stop merger. ie: Thankyou Drey! for keeping congress informed until members could win back power to pass bills in Jan2027. Until then:our only hope is lawsuits.

I was glad to hear Mark Ruffalo on Jim Acosta last week talking about he and the others in the Industry who had signed onto the letter against merger. I don't know if that will make a difference, especially because of the EXTREME suppression of that story, the Ankler story and really ANY Warner Bros merger talk, but it was good to see Independent Media covering it
