that sounds really interesting. I can see it being grounded in reality while pulling in readers by being a well written speculative fiction. I think it can either be a whole novel-like serialisation or a short story collection that only makes sense as a whole like Dubliners was. either way, we all know who the characters would be. you can dm me to tell me what you've come up so far, I'd love to read something thoughtful like this :)

I think I'm going to write a blog series similar to how "The Martian" was created and it's just literally telling this story.
It will be intended to tell the story of this moment, to wake people up to this moment, and to invite people to fight this together.
