I did hear a few weeks ago via a Substack post that people were sick and Covid was spreading. Later there was a report on TB being an issue.

Did we hear about any deaths? What are they doing about the people who might have died from serious infections? With the crowded and unsanitary conditions there, that's not too far fetched.
